At Hunter Philips Executive Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Developer to join our client's team. As a key member of the project development team, you will be responsible for leading the full project development lifecycle and business development activities across a range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of early-stage pipeline, actively managing and coordinating all aspects of the project (engineering, planning, construction, legal etc.)
• Negotiate contracts with internal and external bodies, including grid operators, landowners, utilities etc.
• Be accountable for progress reports that support decision making in accordance with agreed timeframes, schedules and budgets.
• Proactively identify issues and risks and develop effective solutions.
• Utilize your network and expertise to bring in new project opportunities.
Requirements:
• A background in renewable energy project development, although other backgrounds will also be considered (e.g. real estate, agriculture).
• Be the single point of contact for your team and clients during project implementation.
• Speak German to C1 level or higher.
