Job summary:
Flowserve is looking for a talented and skilled General Clerk Operations who will be responsible for the smooth organizational processes, the timely and correct entry of all orders and their changes.
Your tasks:
- Communication with suppliers
- Ordering valve parts according to SAP requirements and demand
- Reviewing and booking incoming products
- Allocation of valve parts to orders and storage space
- Preparation and dispatch of outgoing products
- Organization, preparation, and processing of transports incl. direct transports
- Creating, tracking, maintaining, and updating the history of valve documentation
- Proactive internal and external delivery date tracking incl. expediting
- Organizational takeover of the vehicle pool (e. g. workshop appointments, etc.)
- Creating and changing accounts receivable
- Partial takeover of organizational tasks regarding QRC - by mutual agreement
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial and / or technical field
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
- Confident written and spoken English skills are desirable
- SAP knowledge
- Affinity for both technology and office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
