Ihre Aufgaben
  • Zu Deinen Tätigkeiten gehört die technische Betreuung von Hypervisor, Betriebssystemen (Windows/Linux) sowie Storage und Backup/Recovery-Systemen
  • Du erkennst und analysierst Problematiken und leitest entsprechende Lösungsmaßnahmen ein
  • Zudem wirkst Du aktiv in der Implementierung und Administration von umfangreichen Infrastruktur-Projekten mit
  • Der 1st-3rd Level Support für Vertragskunden wird von Dir sichergestellt
  • Die Evaluierung und Bewertung neuer Technologien erfolgt durch Dich
  • Du erstellst Projektpläne und Dokumentationen im Rahmen von Betriebsprojekten, zudem unterstützt Du Fachbereiche und Kunden in Aufgabestellungen
Ihr Profil
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT, ein IT-Studium oder eine vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise bringst Du fundierte Kenntnisse der Produktpaletten von Herstellen: Windows (AD, Exchange, SQL, Hyper-V), VMware sowie Citrix und Cloud-Technologien mit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du betreust und implementierst den vertikalen Technologiepfad vom Storage über Hypervisor bis hin zum Betriebssystem
  • Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft sowie lösungsorientiertes und verantwortungsvolles Handeln aus, zudem bist Du stets offen für Weiterbildungen
