Aufgaben

Die Aufgabe

Als Customer Success Manager bist du der_die zentrale Ansprechpartner_in für unsere neuen Apotheken-Kunden und begleitest sie auf ihrem Weg zum erfolgreichen Webshop – vom Anfang bis zum Happy End

Du bist dabei für die gesamte Onboarding-Reise verantwortlich:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund*innen: Du führst intensive Gespräche mit den Kund*innen, um ihre Bedürfnisse und Ziele zu verstehen und sie bestmöglich auf ihrem Weg zu unterstützen.
  • Webshop-Gestaltung und -Einrichtung: Du arbeitest eng mit den Kund*innen zusammen, um die Startseite ihres Webshops nach ihren Wünschen zu gestalten und den Shop mit allen notwendigen Informationen und Produkten zu füllen.
  • Schulungen durchführen: Du führst die Apotheker*innen in die Nutzung der Software ein und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich vom ersten Tag an wohlfühlen und den Webshop effektiv nutzen können.
  • Umfassender Kundensupport: Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund*innen und hilfst ihnen bei allen Fragen und Problemen mit der Software. Dein Ziel ist es, sie zu begeisterten Fans von Cannaleo zu machen
Qualifikation

Dein Profil

  • Du bist kreativ und hast ein gutes Gespür für Design.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeiten.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend im Kundengespräch.
  • Du besitzt idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im E-Commerce-Bereich.
