Ready to kickstart your Customer Success Management career? Make the first step by joining us as a full-time

CSM Intern (f/m/d) for 3 to 6 months in our beautiful office in Bonn, Germany.

Our experienced international team will teach you all the basics of Customer Success Management – from drafting engaging emails and using CRM tools to identifying industry requirements and driving customer retention.

How you will make an impact
  • Assist the Customer Success Managers in diverse cross-functional projects.
  • Work closely with our Engineering and Support teams to solve customer inquiries, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Growth teams to craft and execute strategic campaigns, focusing on Up- and Cross-Selling with existing customers, on socials, and through ads.
  • Create captivating informational content for our existing and potential customers.
  • Help expand the usage of the Scanbot SDK by strategically reaching out to different departments within our customer base.
