(Senior) Client Manager - Telecommunications, Media and Technology (w/m/d) - bundesweit
der die strategische Ausrichtung für die größten und engagiertesten Kunden von NTT vorantreibt und dabei hilft, deren Geschäftsvisionen in die Realität umzusetzen.
Du betreust Du einen fest zugeordneten Kundenkreis Schwerpunkt Telecommunications, Media and Technology und bist für den kontinuierlichen Ausbau unseres Geschäfts verantwortlich.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Ausbau unserer vorhandenen Kundenbeziehungen von Kunden.
- Erhöhung des Bekanntheitsgrades der Marke „NTT“ (z.B. durch Organisation und Betreuung von Kundenveranstaltungen).
- Der Schwerpunkt liegt in der Vermarktung unserer „Core-Produkte“ aus dem Bereich Network Integration, Security, Unified Collaboration & Data Center.
- Identifizieren von Digitalisierungsprojekten.
- Erarbeiten von kundenspezifischen Lösungen gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen sowie Präsentation der Konzepte beim Kunden.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Eine kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung idealerweise in den Bereichen Netzwerklösungen, Unified Communications, Data Center oder IT Security.
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung der Telecommunications, Media and Technology Branche
- Verhandlungsgeschick und eine hohe Termintreue.
- Must have: fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
