About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for articulating sales for end-to-end digital solutions and services to multinational and local customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative selling activities, account mapping, and strong follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish a go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Provide market insights and trends to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Senior consultative sales experience dealing with international complex IT solutions.
  • Hunting-minded and growth-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Fluent in German and English.
