Aspart of our Partnerships team in Berlin, you will have the missionto make Qonto shine and build a partner ecosystem with the mostbeautiful German companies to improve our customer experience andacquisition.

You will support the growth team andsenior leadership in German, ensuring that each partnership alignsperfectly with our strategic goals and contributes significantly toour growth. As a Partnerships Intern at Qonto, you will join a teamof 7 talents and report directly to Marina, our LeadPartnerships.

As a Partnerships internat Qonto, youwill:

  1. Assess andprioritize all inbound partnership requests and ensure toreply to everybody;
  2. Proactivelyidentify opportunities & propose new initiatives thatfit Qonto and (potential) partners‘ customers &products;
  3. Participate in the fullpartnership Go-To-Market, such as storytelling, customeroffer & customer journey, business model & business case,tracking, marketing & communication plans, cost &impact;
  4. Be involved in the setup ofthe relevant KPIs, produce regular management reports andaction plans when required, monitor KPIs and continuously improveprocesses to driveimpact.

Beforejoining Qonto, Marina gained several years of experience in financeand banking, being a project manager by heart while always keepinga client-first focus.

  • Education:You are studying in a Business School or in a Universityspecialising in BusinessManagement.

  • Teamwork: Youenjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy, ina hyper-growthcontext.
