Head of Marketing 

 

Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Standort Berlin eine:n Head of Marketing.

 

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketing- und Commercial-Strategie des Unternehmens mit dem Fokus auf Profitabilität und Wachstum.
  • Volle GuV-Verantwortung im Bereich D2C sowie Verantwortung des Marketing-Budgets für alle Kanäle mit dem klaren Fokus auf ROI.
  • Kontinuierliche Identifikation von Wachstumschancen und Optimierung der Marketingaktivitäten.
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung aller Marketing Kampagnen für B2C und B2B über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg (SEA, SEO, Social Media, PR, CRM, Brand-Kooperationen, Online & Offline, etc.). Besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf der stetigen, vertriebs- und kundenorientierten Weiterentwicklung unserer Marke durch kontinuierliche Kampagnen-Planung (Positionierung, kreative Konzeptentwicklung, Kommunikation, Bildsprache etc.) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team.
  • Entwicklung des Forecasts & Marketing-Reportings sowie Etablierung eines datengetriebenen Handelns.
  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Marketing-Teams durch Inspiration und Kontinuität.
  • Stärkung und Internationalisierung der Marke Cloud7 durch konsistente interne und externe Kommunikation.

 

Qualifikationen:

  • 7+ Jahre Erfahrung, aktuell in vergleichbarer Position.
  • Beeindruckender D2C track-record.
  • End-to-End Marketing Erfahrung im gesamten Funnel: sowohl in Brand als auch in Performance Marketing.
  • Hands on Arbeitsweise, erfahren und bereit mit einem kleinen Team viel zu bewegen.
  • Sehr strukturierte Herangehensweise und Erfahrung in Projekt/Campaign-Management (Überblick über Termine und Meilensteine behalten, kontinuierliches Follow-up etc.).
  • Ausgeprägtes ästhetisches Gespür sowie ein gutes Auge für Design und Bildsprache.
  • Fähigkeit, die richtigen KPIs zu definieren sowie das Team dazu zu inspirieren, diese zu erreichen.
  • Daten-getriebene Herangehensweise an alle Marketing-Investments mit dem klaren Fokus auf ROI.
  • Leadership-Erfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, Top-Talente einzustellen und zu entwickeln.
