JetGames, a leading company in the computer games industry, is seeking a Head of Affiliates to strengthen our partnerships and revenue streams. As a Head of Affiliates, you will oversee the company’s affiliate relationships, developing and executing strategies to improve brand visibility and increase revenue. You will work closely with the marketing and sales departments to ensure affiliates are effectively driving traffic and conversions. Additionally, you will lead, train, motivate and mentor a team of affiliate managers to achieve goals and identify new opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage the company’s affiliate relationships, ensuring they remain motivated and engaged.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates.
- Lead, train, motivate, and mentor a team of affiliate managers to achieve set objectives.
- Identify, develop and implement new strategies to attract new affiliates to the program.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and the company's ethical standards.
- Analyze the affiliate program performance, identify trends and provide recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience leading affiliate programs in the tech or games industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, including analytics, partnerships, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills.
- Experience in leading and developing teams to drive performance.
- A results-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for bringing innovative ideas to the table.
