What you’ll do

  • Develop and iterate our Corporate Strategy andidentify focus area for M&A together with senior stakeholdersand x-functional teams
  • Build up a deal flowand be the first contact point for new M&A deals
  • Assess M&A opportunities in terms of business modeland fit with our corporate strategy together with x-functionalinternal teams across our markets
  • Lead duediligence, research, analysis and documentation oftransactions
  • Manage and advise on transactionsfrom origination through to execution, with a high degree ofautonomy
  • Manage internal stakeholders andexternal advisors to ensure clear accountability and progressremains on track
  • Prepare and presentinvestment case materials to our investment committee, managementteam and share holders
  • Post-M&A: overseeacquisitions and support the delivery of synergies

What you shouldbring

  • 3 - 6 yearsexperience in transaction advisory, execution or strategyconsulting experience in a top consultancy, investment bank,investment firm or similar corporate function
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align crossfunctional teams behind a strategy
  • Relevanttrack record in managing and supporting earlier stages oftransaction lifecycle from origination to due diligence (mergers,acquisitions, divestments, JVs)
  • Stronganalytical and modelling skills
  • Team playerwith excellent verbal and written skills and demonstratedexperience in communicating and influencing seniorstakeholders
  • Strong judgement and criticalthinking skills, with the ability to articulate and present pointsof view and ideas effectively
  • Ability to workin a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Youhave successfully completed your studies in economics, law,business or another related field
  • Fluency inEnglish, German is a plus
