What you’lldo

  • Develop and iterateour Corporate Strategy and identify focus area for M&A togetherwith senior stakeholders and x-functionalteams
  • Build up a deal flow and be the firstcontact point for new M&A deals
  • AssessM&A opportunities in terms of business model and fit with ourcorporate strategy together with x-functional internal teams acrossour markets
  • Lead due diligence, research,analysis and documentation oftransactions
  • Manage and advise on transactionsfrom origination through to execution, with a high degree ofautonomy
  • Manage internal stakeholders andexternal advisors to ensure clear accountability and progressremains on track
  • Prepare and present investmentcase materials to our investment committee, management team andshare holders
  • Post-M&A: overseeacquisitions and support the delivery ofsynergies

What youshould bring

  • 3 - 6years experience in transaction advisory, execution or strategyconsulting experience in a top consultancy, investment bank,investment firm or similar corporatefunction
  • Strong strategic thinking and abilityto align cross functional teams behind astrategy
  • Relevant track record in managing andsupporting earlier stages of transaction lifecycle from originationto due diligence (mergers, acquisitions, divestments,JVs)
  • Strong analytical and modellingskills
  • Team player with excellent verbal andwritten skills and demonstrated experience in communicating andinfluencing senior stakeholders
  • Strongjudgement and critical thinking skills, with the ability toarticulate and present points of view and ideaseffectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced,team-based environment
  • You have successfullycompleted your studies in economics, law, business or anotherrelated field
  • Fluency in English, German is aplus
