Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a cQA Business Owner and Global Project Lead to join our team in Munich, Germany.
You will be responsible for:
- Workshop from 15 th October to 17 th October 2024;
- Implementation or active participation to workflow creation or settings of Veeva (or Trackwise);
- Decision maker for document management and QMS standardization;
- Definition and standardization of processes to be included in the eQMS according to current valid regulations;
- Harmonization of defined processes in close cooperation with 15 sites;
- Manage the project as general project lead (budget, timeline, reporting);
- Acting as accountable for site alignment on the new standard;
- Definition of a roll-out strategy;
- Level 2 and 3 support for business issues.
About you:
- Veeva (or Trackwise) experience is a must have;
- English fluent;
- German nice to have;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and intercultural skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow and interpret compliance laws and regulations;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure;
- Teamwork skills.
Location:
- Munich, Germany
- 80% on site, 20% remote working
