At American Express Global Business Travel, we're passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals through innovative and personalized travel solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead our sports and group travel projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead international sports and group travel projects from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, providing coaching and guidance to junior project managers as needed.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the sports or travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
