Job Title: IT Product Owner and Group Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Product Owner to lead our Order Fulfillment Management team in a scaled agile environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants, driving performance and cooperation within the team and with other teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog, considering program and product priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with business departments to analyze and optimize processes, ensuring consistent and integrated process and IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, identifying their needs and integrating them into the team's delivery roadmap.
  • Manage risks at the team and program levels, coordinating dependencies with other teams and roles in the agile environment.
Requirements
  • Education: degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP SD and related non-SAP shipping and export systems.
  • Knowledge: proficiency in leading a team of software engineers, experience in integrating a modern servant leader mindset with traditional line management, and deep understanding of agile principles and methodology.
  • Personality: excellent communication skills, confident behavior, structured and goal-oriented working style, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
