Business Development Manager Intercontinental Supply Chain Solutions (w/m/d)
Unser ISC-Portfolio vereint basierend auf einem state-of-the-art 4PL Produkt Supply Chain Analytics, Order Management und Freight Management, um die Supply Chain Prozesse unserer Kunden bestmöglich zu optimieren. In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Geschäftsentwicklung unseres ISC-Bereichs und stehen dabei in ständigem Austausch mit potenziellen Kunden, unseren regionalen und globalen ISC-Teams sowie operativen Abteilungen.
- Neukundengewinnung sowie Entwicklung und Ausbau bestehender Kunden
- Analyse der Bedarfe potenzieller und bestehender Kunden sowie Erarbeitung entsprechender Lösungen
- Persönliche und virtuelle Präsentation sowie Vermarktung unseres ISC-Portfolios
- Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtung, Erstellen von Marktanalysen und Action Plans
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Implementation Team, Key Account Management und operativen Abteilungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seefracht inkl. fundierte Kenntnisse der operativen Abläufe
- Fundierte Marktkenntnisse sowie relevante Erfahrung z. B. in den Bereichen Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Order- oder Freight Management sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Analytische, kundenorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
