Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SPIE Versorgungstechnik GmbH. As a key member of our CityNetworks & Grids department, you will be responsible for leading our commercial operations in the Müllrose region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize commercial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations or business development
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
