Für unseren Kunden (Inhouse) suchen wir einen erfahrenen Salesforce Developer, der die Salesforce-Plattform weiterentwickelt und optimiert.


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Anpassung: Du entwickelst benutzerdefinierte Anwendungen auf der Salesforce-Plattform und setzt Business-Anforderungen in technische Lösungen um.
  • Integration: Du arbeitest an der Integration von Salesforce in andere Systeme (z.B. ERP, Marketing-Tools) und stellst eine reibungslose Datenübertragung sicher.
  • Optimierung und Wartung: Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und Funktionen, schlägst Verbesserungen vor und führst regelmäßige Wartungen durch, um die Systemleistung zu maximieren.
  • Support und Training: Du unterstützt das Team und die Nutzer bei Fragen rund um Salesforce und führst gegebenenfalls Schulungen zu neuen Features durch.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Entwicklern, Business-Analysten und Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Marketing und Kundenservice zusammen, um die bestmögliche Nutzung der Plattform sicherzustellen.


Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Salesforce-Entwicklung, idealerweise mit einem Fokus auf Sales Cloud, Service Cloud oder Marketing Cloud.
  • Technische Skills: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) und REST/SOAP-APIs. Erfahrung mit Versionierungssystemen (z.B. Git) und DevOps-Tools ist von Vorteil.
  • Zertifizierungen: Salesforce-Zertifizierungen (z.B. Platform Developer I oder II) sind ein Plus.
  • Analytisches Denken: Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen und in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest teamorientiert, kommunizierst klar und bist in der Lage, technische Inhalte für nicht-technische Stakeholder verständlich darzustellen.
  • Eigeninitiative: Du bist proaktiv, verantwortungsbewusst und bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit, um dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sehr gute Deuschkenntnisse
