Brand Manager (m/w/d)

DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • Du bist als Brand Manager direkt verantwortlich für ein Produktsegment, das heißt insbesondere:
    • Analyse des Produktportfolios und strategische Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die zukunftsgerichtete Entwicklung
    • Anstoß, Steuerung und Umsetzung der erarbeiteten Maßnahmen
    • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das jeweilige Portfolio/Segment
    • Zuständigkeit für das abteilungsübergreifendes Projektmanagement zur Einführung von Neuprodukten, Line Extensions und Portfolio-Optimierungen
  • Du arbeitest außerdem an der Erstellung von Prozessen und Strukturen im Brand Management mit
  • Nicht zuletzt wirkst du bei der Erarbeitung der Mehrjahresstrategie mit

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • Gerne bringst du bereits drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Brand Management in einem Unternehmen der FMCG-Branche oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und kommunizierst gerne mit Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und ‘Netzwerker‘, bringst dich schnell in neue Themen ein und überzeugst mit deiner offenen und kommunikativen Arbeitsweise
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine stark analytische, strategische und kreative Denkweise aus und nimmst Dinge gerne selbst in die Hand
