Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator at Movado Group, you will play a crucial role in implementing various marketing activities within Germany and Austria, working closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing. Your primary objective will be to contribute to building and strengthening the brand position in relevant markets.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Seasonal Assets:

  • Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure timely delivery of seasonal assets and share them with local teams.
  • Develop standard visuals according to brand guidelines using InDesign and/or Photoshop.
  • Approve visuals created locally to ensure they meet brand standards.

Local Marketing Plans and Media Bookings in SAP:

  • Execute media bookings according to marketing plans and own the process from briefing to reporting.
  • Manage the do list of internal media designers.
  • Oversee the accounting of all bookings in SAP, including creating Purchase Orders and allocating invoices.

VM Support, POS Management:

  • Translate and create bespoke VM directions, seasonal guidelines, and marketing trainings.
  • Own the display ordering process, manage stock levels, and handle orders.
  • Support in organizing press events, brand activities, and trade fairs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication or equivalent.
  • First-hand experience in a similar position within an international environment.
  • Affinity for branded, fashionable, trendy, and luxury products (watches and jewelry).
  • Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in written and spoken business English and German.
