Senior Brand Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the brand growth plan for mass and professional channels for the biggest sub-brand platforms at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to elevate the company's brand image and market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement holistic brand growth plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead functionally, coach, and develop junior brand managers and trainees.
- Manage P&L and SOM development.
- Develop media and marketing plans, as well as sales and training plans for mass and professional sales teams.
- Collaborate with Scientific Affairs, Customer Development, Digital Transformation, and Division teams.
Requirements:
- College or university degree.
- At least 5 years of brand management or shopper marketing experience in the FMCG/OTC environment.
- First leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with agility and find new ways to get closer to consumers and shoppers.
- Experience with digital media and data analytics.
- Ability to influence people and build consensus at all levels of the organization.
