Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sales Team Manager (m/w/d) agierst du als Vorbild im Team durch Deine Erfolge in der operativen Arbeit
  • Deinen selbst akquirierten Kunden besetzt Du Positionen im SAP- und IT-Umfeld und stellst individuelle Personallösungen bereit
  • Accounts entwickelst Du operativ und strategisch weiter
  • steuerst Dein eigenes Sales-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch durch Auswahl, Einstellung, Coaching, Training und Ausbildung der Talente im Sales
  • bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Deine Kolleg:innen im Sales und unterstützt beim Aufbau des Teams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Directors unterstützt du bei der Weiterentwicklung der Sales Standorte und Aufbau der Teams

Dein Profil:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Recruitment oder Vertrieb
  • Durchhaltevermögen und Eigenmotivation
  • Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • für den Vertrieb und starkes Interesse an einer langfristigen Vertriebskarriere bei einem international erfolgreichen Unternehmen
