Wir suchen für den Standort Soest zu sofort eine/n Mitarbeiter Business Development für B2C-Produkte – EMOS (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Mitwirkung bei der Etablierung und Förderung der Marken der Legrand-Gruppe und Sicherstellung der Umsatz-, Ertrags- sowie Kostenziele
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsfelder
- Kundenorientierte Betreuung und Beratung neuer sowie bestehender Partner zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Erstellung von Prognosen zukünftiger Trends sowie die Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Kundenklassifizierung sowie deren Potenzialermittlung
- Mitwirkung beim Monitoring von Geschäftsentwicklungen sowie entsprechendes Reporting
- Erstellung, Kalkulation, Umsetzung und Analyse von verkaufsfördernden Aktionen und Kampagnen
- Planung, Erstellung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und von Präsentationen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossener, betriebswirtschaftlicher Bachelor
- Berufserfahrung von ein bis drei Jahren, gerne im technischen Bereich und Reisebereitschaft
- Technisches Verständnis
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Analytisches und mathematisches Denkvermögen sowie unternehmerischer Sachverstand
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
