Wir suchen einen Customer Support Operator der unser Team hier in Deutschland verstärkt.
Der Customer Support Operator ist der Leitung des technischen Supports unterstellt. Die Leitung technischer Support ist dem Director Operations untergeordnet. Der Director Operations berichtet dem Geschäftsführer der Gamma Communications DE.
Hauptzweck der Rolle: Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten und technischen Lösungen von Cloud-Support Anfragen von Kunden und Vertriebspartnern.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Absprache von Kundenwünschen im Rahmen der Inbetriebnahme von CloudPBX-Produkten
- Cloud-Anlagenkonfiguration in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Vertriebspartnern
- Konfiguration von Teststellungen und Überprüfung von bestehenden oder neu eingeführten Produktfeatures
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Partnern im Rahmen von Fehleranalysen
- Interne Koordination mit Fachabteilungen insbesondere 3rd Level Support, Auftragsbearbeitung und Partner- und Vertriebsmanagement
- Unterstützung unserer Geschäftskunden und Vertriebspartner bei technischen Anfragen und Reklamationen
- Analyse und Lösung von Störungen im Bereich der Cloud Produkte anhand von Tickets
- Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im System
Du brauchst
- Kenntnisse von Netzwerktechnik, VoIP, xDSL, Glasfaser, Mobilfunk und Microsoft Teams
- Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Telekommunikationsbranche
