The Mercedes Benz Experience Center (MB.EC), has a goal an holistic marketing activation program that connects all marketing related global departments and regional functions. The aim of the MB.EC program is to deliver a world-class luxury customer experience across the globe, to create one voice of luxury, to ensure efficient and effective delivery, to upskill the capabilities and to support in delivering against efficiency targets.
You will work in close collaboration between global and regional marketing experts, with the main goal of support the Program Management of the MB.EC.
Besides that, you will support the team of Customer Feedback and deep dive in the topics of customer rating measurement along the online and offline touchpoints. You will get insights on the feedback collection methodology, customer insights and data analysis. You will learn to work with customer feedback and integrate it along the customer journey.
From your new role, you can expect:
- Independent, content-related collaboration with the defined Swarms/InitiativesYou will support the implementation of the Program Management of the Experience Center in collaboration with our agency and internal stakeholders.Analysis and creation of report for the steering of the program.High involvement and responsibility for preparation and participation in workshops (e.g. topic specific presentations and brainstorming boards),S upport for customer survey topics and analysis of customer feedback.Working on monthly management and region reports and customer insights.A great working culture and the atmosphere combined with the advantages of a large international corporationA flexible and agile working environment in intercultural and interdisciplinary teamsGreat freedom of design and short decision-making processes, **Qualifikationen**:
Ideally, you bring the following:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Communication, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable course of studyVery good knowledge of English (fluent in spoken and written), knowledge of German and other languages are a big advantageIT skills: Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Mural) is an advantageUnderstanding of the customer insights and data analysis.A high degree of teamwork, initiative and personal responsibility, willingness to work in the context of various business issuesBeing self-motivated and organized with a desire to learn and provide your ideas on business process improvements Personal skills:
