**Application Support Technician (M/F/x)**

Our client, who is a one of the leading global manufacturers in the machine tool industry, is looking for an Application Support Technician. As a crucial member of the team, you will handle comprehensive technological processing of customer inquiries, execute technology projects, and optimize machining solutions.
**Your Profile**:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education.
- Extensive expertise in machining processes and automation technology.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems (Siemens NX, Concepts NREC/MAX-PAC, or Catia) and 5-axis CNC controllers.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Native speaker of French or Spanish, with fluency in English (German language skills not required).
- Excellent communication, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- While experience in aerospace is beneficial, it is not mandatory; a strong technical background in machining and automation is the primary requirement.
**Responsibilities**:
As an Application Support Technician, you will play a key role in delivering technical support to our customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Handle technological processing of customer inquiries and execute technology projects in vertical, horizontal, and 5-axis machining centers.
- Organize and conduct test machining operations, defining concepts, cycle time studies, and feasibility assessments.
- Develop, implement, and optimize NC programs for machining.
- Provide on-site operator and programming training for customers.
- Execute complete turnkey projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
