Generis organizes and delivers industry leading B2B summits. Our focus on transforming the way people connect has allowed us to work with exciting brands such as Amazon, Toyota, Lululemon, GE, SAP and Bombardier. Generis is headquartered in Toronto, Canada running a portfolio of North American summits since 2013. We emerged into the European market in 2022, opening our first European office in Berlin in 2023. We are continuing to rapidly grow globally and therefore are looking for dynamic, hardworking and passionate individuals to join our team


Qualifications:


  • 1+ year of experience in a dynamic customer service, hospitality, retail or sales-related role
  • Demonstrated track record as a top performer/achiever in work, academics, or extracurricular activities
  • Ability to excel in a goal-oriented and metrics-driven environment
  • Exceptionally strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous experience using CRM software such as Salesforce a plus


Duties and Day-To-Day:

  • Outbound cold-calling to senior decision makers across specific industries to discuss opportunities to attend our Summit
  • Maintain weekly, monthly and overall campaign targets (metrics include but are not limited to; call volume, lead generation, new business booked)
  • Generate your own leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of contacts to connect with in your business development initiatives 
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry news, clients and proposition value for designated products you are working on
  • Participate in comprehensive and continual training with your manager, who will collaborate closely with you on a daily basis to enhance your sales and business expertise
  • Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator on a daily basis to efficiently manage customer relationships, prospecting activities, and sales pipeline development
  • Providing support on ad-hoc projects/office tasks as required
