Responsibilities:

  • You will interface, negotiate and develop high-impact relationships with ad networks, ad solution providers, and app stores to build business partnerships and support company growth.Manage multi-channel UA campaigns for different games.
  • Work directly with our product teams and creative teams to improve advertising campaign performance, and troubleshoot and resolve account and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage our UA team in the Berlin office.
  • Be responsible for the team's performance and product growth.Identify prospects, generate growth leads, and negotiate both internally and externally via emails, calls, meetings, etc.
  • Network at events and meet-ups within the mobile gaming/application space to build business relationships and brands.
  • Leverage competitive analysis and understand the mobile advertising landscape.


Requirements:


  • Must be fluent in English, with high-level competency in both written and oral communication skills.BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • High level of written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex models and concepts.
  • Self-driven and result-driven with a determined mind to tackle difficult tasks.Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.Proactive problem-solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to react to urgent issues on weekends or holidays if needed.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the mobile ads industry. Preferred experience in mobile game user acquisition and app store listing optimization.
  • At least 2 years of UA team management experience.


Bonus Points:

  • Being a fan of mobile and computer games. You’ll be working with game developers on games, so it’s always a plus to have a passion for the vertical that you’re working on.
  • Proven interest in technology. Mobile phones, electronics, machine learning, AI-generated content, Web3, GitHub repos, etc. We are in a rapidly evolving industry, and we need to catch up with the changes.
  • Fluent in German or other languages is a plus.
