About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team at Ubisoft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing marketing campaigns to acquire new players for our current and future mobile games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns based on internal performance key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for creative development.
  • Manage and nurture day-to-day partner relationships, as well as develop new ones.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new user acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

  • First-hand experience working in user acquisition in a mobile studio or on the ad networks side as a client success manager.
  • Familiarity with managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels with substantial budgets.
  • Strong analytical mindset, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Data-savvy mind with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to new situations.
