Provide opportunities for practical skill development and scenario-based learning to enhance the effectiveness of FAP personnel in addressing complex family dynamics and challenges. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and ongoing assessment, with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptation to emerging needs within the military community.
