Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Equipment Specialist to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team at Amazon Kaiserslautern GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Conducting thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues and external experts to implement continuous improvement projects and optimize equipment performance
  • Supporting the development of apprentices and junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification recognized by IHK or HWK
  • Minimum of two years' experience in relevant field
  • Experience in industrial production equipment maintenance
  • Advanced German language skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with condition monitoring and predictive maintenance
  • Knowledge of pressure and application machines
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance of conveyor systems
