**Duties**:

- Serve as Director, Network Enterprise Center (NEC) with responsibility for managing, implementing and providing the operation and integration of all IT enterprise and NETOPS systems in support of a Garrison and it's tenant activities.
- Enforce DOD, DA, USAREUR, and 2d TSB regulatory requirements and policy over all existing Information Management (IM) resources in the command.
- Evaluate the adequacy of command organizational structure and staffing, recommending or effecting changes and reorganizations as required.
- Monitor C4 (command, control, communications, and computer) networks.
- Incorporate all requirements for IT enterprise services and related support within the command and supported tenant activities to the theater approved enterprise C4IM.

- You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
- One year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Applicants must comply with the Exceptional Family Member Program requirements as outlined in the DoD Instruction 1315.19.
- This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- Required to maintain SECRET Security Clearance.
- Required to maintain military driver's license.
- Must possess and maintain required IT technical/management level certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISM), as required, before gaining privileged access to any DOD system within six (6) months of encumbering the position.
- TDY approximately 25%
- Position may be designated Emergency Essential (E-E) in support of mobilization and wartime mission.
- Position may require that employee pass screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and subsequent periodic drug screening thereafter.

- The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:
