In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, Ihr Fachwissen, klinisches Anwendungswissen und Produktunterstützung bereitzustellen, um unsere Vertriebs- und Marketingbemühungen bei der Vermarktung und dem Verkauf unseres Portfolios bestmöglich zu unterstützen. Aktuell suchen wir zwei Clinical Application Specialists für die Region Süddeutschland sowie für die Region West/Mitte-Deutschland. Diese unbefristeten Vollzeitstellen können remote ausgeübt werden.


Was Sie bei uns bewegen


  • Sie sind verantwortlich für Produktdemonstrationen und klinischem Anwendungssupport für unsere Produkte bei definierten Kunden, insbesondere zur Unterstützung von Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Expert:innen und Fürsprecher:innen
  • Sie stellen klinischen Anwendungs- und Produktsupport im Bereich der Endoskopie während der Marketing- und Verkaufsprozesse bereit
  • Sie entwickeln externe und interne klinische Anwendungs- und Produktschulungen vornehmlich in Krankenhäusern und klinischen Einrichtungen durch
  • Sie bauen Expertise über Endoskopieprodukte auf, um den Erfolg der Demonstrationen bei Kunden zu maximieren und in der Lage zu sein, effektive Beratung zur Produktleistung zu leisten und die Geräte an die Bedürfnisse der Anwender:innen anzupassen
  • Sie bauen und pflegen enge Beziehungen zu KOLs und Schlüsselkunden auf
  • Sie sind federführend bei der Organisation und Unterstützung von Live-Demonstrationen bei nationalen und internationalen Kongressen und Trainingskursen
  • Sie unterstützen das Vertriebsteam bei nationalen und internationalen wissenschaft­lichen Kongressen und Ausstellungen durch Produktvorführungen und Kunden­schulungen
  • Sie geben regelmäßigen Input zu Produktleistungen, Produkten und Strategien der Wettbewerber, Kundenfeedbacks, Markttrends und Verkaufsargumenten



Was Sie ausmacht


  • Qualifizierte:r medizinische:r / medizintechnische:r Endoskopiespezialist:in (oder gleichwertig) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich bevorzugt
  • Bevorzugt mehrjährige Erfahrung als Clinical Application Specialist in einem medizintechnischen Unterneh­men oder in einer klinischen Abteilung
  • Erfahrung im Unterrichten in einer klinischen Umgebung und Selbstvertrauen, vor Gruppen zu präsentieren
  • Selbstmotiviert und in der Lage, selbstständig zu arbeiten, mit Fokus auf die Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für regelmäßigen Informationstransfer und funktionsübergreifende Teamarbeit in der Organisation
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu Außendienst-/ Reisetätigkeiten (bis zu 75%)
