We are searching for a Sales Manager BeNeLux (m/f/d) who is interested in being part of our expanding startup to challenge the recruitment industry for skilled professionals (Fachkräfte). As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager BeNeLux to join our team and grow sales in this region.


Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager BeNeLux, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and building strong relationships with your clients. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and driving overall sales growth. Our initial focus for the BeNeLux region will be within the logistics sector.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise market penetration across the BeNeLux region.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, establishing meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, providing valuable insights for business development.
  • Proactively liaise with our team in India to align sales efforts to the talent acquisition strategies and ensure smooth execution of the client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, negotiation, contract signing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, generating regular reports for management review and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market developments in the technical recruitment space, sharing knowledge with the team.


Your Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the Logistic sector, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical tasks, skills and qualifications in the area of logistics, enabling effective communication and relationship building with customers. 
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive your personal sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to sales and business development.
  • Your profile is rounded off by a very good command of English and one of the BeNeLux languages, preferable Netherlands.
