Your Impact at apadua

As our new Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our success. From acquiring high-value clients to strengthening partnerships, you’ll lead the charge in scaling our business. Partnering closely with our CEO, you’ll craft and execute strategies that make an impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the Sales Process: Lead outreach efforts, from cold acquisition to nurturing and closing deals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer challenges and position our SaaS solutions as game-changers.
  • Showcase Excellence: Run discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and guide prospects through their decision-making journey.
  • Strategic Growth: Analyze market trends, refine go-to-market strategies, and optimize our sales playbook.
  • Drive Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with marketing to develop campaigns that crush sales targets.
  • Stay on Track: Meticulously document activities in HubSpot and ensure a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Proven Track Record in SaaS Sales: Experience in B2B environments is essential; software expertise is a big plus.
