Not as an observer, but as a builder.Strong compensation package, including equity.About HygroundHyground is an AI DevOps/SRE agent for enterprise IT operationsWe help IT and SRE teams detect, diagnose, and resolve incidents faster, addressing the $400B+ annual cost of IT downtime worldwide (Splunk / Cisco)Our customers include enterprise IT & SRE teams and operators of complex IT environments Hyground can run AI fully on-prem making it suitable for regulated and sensitive environmentsWe have paying customers, a production-grade product, and growing pull across industiresThe RoleWe’re hiring a Chief of Staff, a sharp, execution-focused generalist who acts as the operational quarterback for the company.This is a hands-on role for someone with 2–5 years of experience in consulting, BizOps, GTM, strategy, or a CoS role, who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and knows how to turn priorities into outcomes.You’ll work side-by-side with the Co-Founders to drive focus, execution, and momentum across the company.What You'll DoPartner directly with the CEO and CPO to drive focus, prioritization, and follow-through on key initiatives.Act as the central connector across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Customer Success.Run executive cadences: weekly leadership meetings, project trackers, action items, and decision follow-ups.Own planning and logistics for leadership offsites, board and investor prep, and internal communications.Track company OKRs and priorities, ensuring accountability and forward momentum.Support high-impact GTM and special projects (dashboards, CRM hygiene, funnel visibility, ad-hoc analysis).Help shape the culture and rhythm of our Hamburg or Munich office, rituals, events, and team energy.Be the go-to problem solver for operational blockers before they slow the team down.What We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in consulting, BizOps, strategy, GTM, or Chief of Staff rolesExceptional project management, communication, and prioritization skillsComfortable operating with incomplete information and moving fastStrong sense of ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to fixHigh attention to detail without losing sight of the big pictureBonus: familiarity with GTM tools, dashboards, and CRMs (HubSpot)What We OfferA founder-adjacent role with real influence on how the company scales.Competitive salary + meaningful equity.Remote-first setup with flexibility and autonomy.Work at the intersection of AI, DevOps/SRE, security, and enterprise infrastructure.A front-row seat to building a high-performance, deep-tech company from an early stage.How To ApplySend us:Your CV or LinkedInA short note on why this role and Hyground excites youOne example where you drove clarity and execution in a messy situation📩 jobs@hyground.ai Subject: Chief of Staff – [Your Name]
