Bei dem Kunden handelt es sich um ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich der Batteriezellenfertigung für Elektroautos und setzen uns leidenschaftlich für eine nachhaltige Zukunft ein.


Aufgabenbereich:

  • Plaung sowie umsetzung der Industrialisierung vom Unternehemn
  • Leitung und Steuerung der operativen Prozesse im Unternehmen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der werksübergreifenden Produktionsabläufe
  • Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktion unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitätsstandards und Kostenzielen


Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Chemie oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Leitung, in der Automobil- oder Batterieindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Strategieentwicklung und Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Bau von Gigafabriken ist hilfreich
