**Das machen Sie bei uns**:

- Operative und kaufmännische Verantwortung aller Standorte deutschlandweit für einen unserer Key-Account Kunden (60 - 80 Mio. € Umsatz
- und Ergebnisverantwortung)
- Führung der entsprechenden Areas (und Area Manager), Standorte (und Standortleiter)
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Governance Meetings mit dem Kunden und Eskalationsmanagement
- Performance Management der Areas/Standorte einschl. Verantwortlichkeit für Qualitätskontrollen
- Eigenleistungs
- und Fremdleistungsoptimierung im Sinne der maximalen Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Entwicklung der Vertragsbeziehung und Akquisition von Projekten und Sonderleistungen
- Lokale Prozesskontrolle/Identifikation und Beseitigung von Prozess
- und Schulungsschwächen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Kunden und der Prozesse und Teilen der Best Practice-Ansätze mit Ihrem Apleona-Netzwerk

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Idealerweise ein Hochschulstudium (Ingenieurwesen, Facility Management, Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, o. ä.), alternativ eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker in den Gewerken HKLS, Elektrotechnik oder Kältetechnik
- Langjährige Betriebserfahrung in der Entwicklung, Betreuung und Steuerung internationaler Key Accounts im Facility Management
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Kommunikationsstärke und große Service
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Fingerspitzengefühl und ausgeprägte Empathie, um mit dem Kunden auf Augenhöhe zu agieren und ein Gespür für dessen Bedürfnisse zu entwickeln
- Engagement und Motivation mit der Sie es schaffen Ihre Mitarbeiter (Teams) zu begeistern und auch durch Zeiten erhöhter Belastung zu führen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Führerscheinklasse B, B1 und BE und Reisebereitschaft (ca.70%)
