Position:


Wir suchen einen motivierten Operations Administrator, der uns bei der Unterstützung und Optimierung unserer administrativen Prozesse und betrieblichen Abläufe hilft. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine Vielzahl administrativer und operative Aufgaben, wobei deine Flexibilität und Organisationsfähigkeit besonders geschätzt werden.


Deine Aufgaben:


  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem C-level im täglichen operativen Geschäft
  • Steuerung der Bereiche Administration, Payment, Accounting und Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Steuerung der Logistik inkl. Bestellverwaltung, Bestandspflege und Kommunikation zu unserem Logistik Partner
  • Verwaltung von Rechtsdokumentation, Vereinbarungen und Rückfragen
  • Empfang und Bearbeitung von Support-Calls unserer Patienten zur Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservice
  • Administrative Betreuung von Förderprojekte
  • Systemverwaltung für unser Tool Stack
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der betrieblichen Prozesse 



Dein Profil:


  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder entsprechende kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Bereichen wie Administration, Operations, Financial Accounting, Logistik oder vergleichbar 
  • Du bist eher Generalist als Spezialist
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
  • Interesse an digital Health
