Als Solution Architect leitest du Kunden und interne Teams an, teilst Wissen und stehst als Mentor zur Seite. Mit unserer Doxis-Suite entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und begleitest Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung, um den langfristigen Nutzen der Software zu sichern. Zudem optimierst du interne Prozesse, schulst Kollegen und meisterst komplexe Herausforderungen. Bist du bereit, etwas zu bewegen? Deine Aufgaben:


  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und nachhaltige, langfristige Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Leitung der technischen Aspekte von Scoping-Sitzungen und Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern, um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Bereitstellung komplexer Kundenprojekte sicherzustellen
  • Erfassen von Geschäftsanforderungen und deren Umsetzung in detaillierte technische Spezifikationen und umsetzbare Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Service Sales Management, um eine abgestimmte und kohärente Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen
  • Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden und Interessengruppen
  • Gestaltung der Geschäftsstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit leitenden Angestellten und direkter Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Coach und Mentor für Teammitglieder
  • Vorantreiben der digitalen Transformation und der Innovation, indem du technologischen Trends immer einen Schritt voraus bist
  • Unterstützung des Marketings mit technischen Präsentationen und der Erstellung von Inhalten


Das bringst Du mit:


  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Senior Consultant im Bereich Content Management oder 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung als Solution Architect
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und der Integration von anwendungsübergreifenden Datenmodellen mit, sowie fundierte technische Kenntnisse für die Konzeption und Implementierung von Projektlösungen
  • Du bist erfahren in der Erfassung von Geschäftsanforderungen und der Erstellung von Entwurfsdokumenten sowohl auf technischer als auch auf geschäftlicher Ebene
  • Du hast nachgewiesene Projektmanagementfähigkeiten zur Planung, Durchführung und Lieferung von Projekten innerhalb des Zeit- und Budgetrahmens
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Führungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Kunden zu informieren und vertrauensvolle Beraterbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Du denkst lösungsorientiert, hast einen praktischen Ansatz und bist engagiert in der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Wünschenswerte Fähigkeiten: Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen wie Java, Kenntnisse in der Datenbankverwaltung wie SQL und Vertrautheit mit SAP oder anderen ERP-Systemen sowie Cloud-Technologien
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch und hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du bist bereit zu reisen
