Job Description:

As the IT Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions within our European operations. Serving as a strategic partner to the business teams, you will play a vital role in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives to drive value and ensure operational success.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Partnering:

  • Collaborate with business teams to plan and evaluate new IT investments, ensuring alignment with business roadmaps and priorities while focusing on maximizing business value from an IT perspective.
  • Translate business strategy plans into actionable IT strategies, fostering alignment and synergy between business and IT functions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, managing expectations and striving to enhance satisfaction levels.


Execution:

  • Ensure that assigned business units receive comprehensive IT services "End to End," overseeing service delivery and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review service status and address any concerns or improvements needed.
  • Collaborate with internal IT stakeholders to align service lifecycles and total cost of ownership (TCO) with business and technology plans.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, strategic management, computer science, or computer engineering.
  • Minimum of two to five years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Five to eight years of experience in a similar role, either on the business or IT side.
  • Ability to navigate complex scenarios in diverse environments and adapt effectively.
  • Strong aptitude for setting clear goals with business partners and utilizing governance mechanisms to ensure a positive business partner experience.
