Main Responsibilities:


  1. Customer insight and business planning: Make insight of customers' strategic planning, develop and implement the business development plan of the account.
  2. Customer relationship operation and management: Plan and improve customer relationships, manage customer expectations and improve customer satisfaction, establish mutual trust and win-win partnerships, and support the achievement of short-term and mid- and long-term goals.
  3. Project operations: Take charge of the daily operations of the project, manage competition and project risks, and achieve project goals.
  4. Solution development: Deeply understand customers' business and requirements, correctly convey the value proposition of Huawei's solutions, and influence and change customers' decision-making.
  5. Transaction quality: Participate in or take the lead in commercial negotiations, participate in the design of business models and transaction clauses, improve contract transaction quality, resolve project risks, and improve the sustainable profitability of projects.


Requirements:


  • Knowledge:

Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineering, who majored in electrical, new energy, solar etc are preferred.

  • Skill:

Fluency in English and Native German;

Excellent communication skills, relationship skills, with a good sense of sales.

  • Experience and others:

Minimum 3 years of To B sales experience, working experience with Solar, BESS, new energy are preferred;

Success-oriented, flexible and a team player.
