Operations Manager/Director

Our mission: Enabling people to reach their full health potential.
We are Circle Health, a Berlin-based startup building Europe’s leading integrative (functional) health centers to provide preventive and holistic care combined with digital programs. We launched our first health center in Berlin Charlottenburg and are now looking for an Operations Manager/Director* to work closely with our COO to ensure design & implement processes and create excellent operations and best practices.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with our co-founders to design and implement top-notch operational strategies, setting the stage for Circle Health's growth and impact
- Act as a knowledge hub, continuously gathering and disseminating cutting-edge practices to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the healthcare industry
- Lead and mentor our health professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional care and service in our innovative health centers
- Contribute to the design and ongoing enhancement of groundbreaking health programs that redefine patient care and well-being.
- Develop and roll out impactful training initiatives that equip our health professionals with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Work alongside diverse teams, including product development, technology, marketing, and finance, to create cohesive and innovative solutions that elevate Circle Health's mission.
Qualifications - mandatory:
- Experience working in operations (or in mgmt consulting)
- Thrive in high growth and uncertain environment
- Can-do attitude and clear execution orientation
- Great project management and coordination abilities
- Good analytical skills and detail orientation
- Effective in multitasking and coordinating between different teams
- Fluency in English and German
- 2+ years of experience (Manager) OR 5+ years (Director)
Qualifications - optional:
- Previous experience from a high growth startup, mgmt consulting firm or other fast-paced environment
- Experience working in healthcare (health start up, hospital, practice, etc.)
- Medical degree (started/finished)
