**Deine neuen Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortliche Leitung der Abteilungen
- Project Management (PMO)
- Warehouse & Logistics
- Sales Operations (Back Office)
- Analyse von Umsatzaufzeichnungen und Trends in Bezug auf die Zielsetzung & Ergreifung notwendiger Korrekturmaßnahmen oder Empfehlung an das Betriebsführungsteam
- Entwicklung eines Geschäftsplans für den Verantwortungsbereich, der mit den kurz
- und langfristigen Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmt
- Vorbereitung regelmäßiger Verkaufsprognosen, Budgets, Quoten und andere Prognosen
- Ein essentieller Teil der Digitalen Transformation im Innovationsfeld der Öffentlichen Auftraggeber

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Universitätsabschluss
- Verständnis der Gesamtprozesse Order to Cash im Unternehmen
- Mind. vier Jahre erfolgreiche Management-Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor
- Mind. vier Jahre im Betriebsmanagement
- Affinität für und Interesse an IT-Lösungen
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Erfüllung von unternehmensrelevanten Kennzahlen
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Tools / SAP
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs-, Entscheidungs
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit, in einer verteilten Teamumgebung effektiv zu arbeiten
- Führen von Führungskräften
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit auf allen Management
- und Mitarbeiterebenen
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnetes Geschäftsenglisch in Wort und Schrift, solider Wortschatz in Finanz
- und Vertragsenglisch
