**DACH Operations & Services Director - Signalling (f/d/m)**
to be based** **in** Berlin**,** Braunschweig **or** Mannheim**

You will lead the definition of our future Operations and Service Strategy for the product line Signalling - Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS)
- as an important pillar to generate the desired business impact under the German Roll-Out railway digitalization by trusted collaboration with stakeholders across our sites, functions, hierarchies, and headquarters.

**Your tasks**:

- Developing the forward-looking D&IS operations and prototyping strategy incl. associated supply chain and footprint concepts across the value chain steps in a matrix environment.
- Developing D&IS Services strategy to grow customer value of our solutions and drive our business growth ambitions.
- Ensure proper communication & implementation of Operations & Services strategy for the complete portfolio of products & services.
- Deriving appropriate performance measures, establishing standard reporting & benchmarking systems to manage related performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery, EHS) in line with D&IS corporate strategy, targets and in compliance with Alstom policies, standards (incl. local regulations).
- Contribute to knowledge building via industrial/service process reviews led by process owners sharing return of experience and best practices, consulting sites for continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Management of direct team and indirect team, continuously developing people and capability.

**Your profile**:

- Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in operations, industrial or supply chain with electronic, electrical or mechanical equipments.
- Experience in railway sector would be advantageous.
- Quality
- and cost-consciousness.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Very good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel within Germany as well as in EU.
