We are looking for a dynamic Reward and PerformanceManager to bring our total rewards strategy to new heights. In thisimportant role, you will report to the HR Director and lead thedesign, management, and optimization of the best compensation,benefits, recognition, and wellbeing programs that align with mobile.de's strategicgoals and regulatory landscape.

You will createequitable total rewards solutions that attract, motivate, andretain top talent across our growing organization. Your expertisewill ensure our programs remain competitive and market-leadinghelping us to become a top 50 organization.

Thisrole will be reporting to the CHRO (Chief HR Ops) and is based inBerlin.

What you willdo:

Compensation Strategy andAnalysis:

  1. You will developand implement compensation strategies that align with our businessaspirations while conducting market analyses to provide greatcompensation package practices.
  2. You will designand manage salary structures, incentive plans, bonuses, andperformance-based rewards that recognize individual and companyperformance while also ensuring sales incentive programs are set upto lead the right behaviours with the right governance inplace.
  3. You will ensure compliance with Germanlabor laws and help us prepare to comply with the EU Pay Directive.Furthermore, you will conduct audits and reviews of compensationprograms to ensure equity, effectiveness, and dataintegrity.

Job Leveling andStructure:

  1. You will developa job leveling framework to ensure evaluation and classification ofroles across the organization while collaborating with Managers toassess roles, determine appropriate compensation levels, and alignjob titles and structures with marketstandards.
  2. You will provide guidance on jobleveling during recruitment, promotions, and reorganizations toensure transparency andconsistency.

PerformanceManagement:

  1. You will leadthe development of our performance management process, ensuringagreement on compensation and rewardsprograms.
  2. You will design performanceevaluation systems that link individual and team contributions tocompensation outcomes, including bonuses and salaryadjustments.

StakeholderCollaboration andGuidance:

  1. You will partnerwith leadership to provide expertise on compensationmatters.
  2. You will collaborate with finance oncompensation budgeting and forecasting for all total rewardprograms.
  3. You will present compensationreports, data, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership forinformed decisions.

EmployeeCommunication andEngagement:

  1. You willcommunicate total rewards offerings to ensure transparency andemployee engagement.
  2. You will maintain accuraterecords and prepare reports for regulatorybodies.

BenefitsManagement:

  1. You will overseethe design and administration of employee benefits programs,including health, retirement, and wellness.
  2. Youwill manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers toensure high-quality service delivery and collaborate with Payrolland other teams.
  3. You will guide a flexiblebenefits approach ensuring that we can maximize our resources andhave benefits valued byemployees.

Total RewardsInitiatives:

  1. You will manageyearly compensation processes such as the annual variable incentiveand salary review.
  2. You will administer ourperformance cash plan and management incentiveplan.
  3. You will contribute to broader TotalRewards and People Teamprograms.
Who youare:
  1. You hold a Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business, Finance, or a relatedfield.
  2. You have gained 8+ years of experiencewithin Rewards and Performance roles.
  3. Youpossess solid knowledge of compensation theories, regulatoryrequirements, and industry trends.
  4. You areproficient in HRIS and compensation management software (Workdaypreferred), and have experience with tools like PowerPoint, Excel,and Google Sheets.
  5. You have a strongunderstanding of German labor laws and marketstandards.
  6. You are business fluent in English(verbal and written).
