Doctolib sucht einen erfahrenen** Performance Associate (x/f/m)** als Teil unseres Sales Excellence Teams. Das Sales Excellence Team hat das Ziel, die verschiedenen Sales und Deployment Teams zu fördern und zu unterstützen, damit diese bestmöglich arbeiten können. Deine Aufgabe ist es, Tools und Prozesse einzuführen und die Teams durch analytische Insights zu unterstützen, um unsere Mission zu erfüllen, das Gesundheitswesen zu transformieren.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du treibst täglich Veränderungen an und trägst dazu bei, unsere Sales
- und Deployment-Leistung zu maximieren. Dabei bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Deployment Team, dem Sales Excellence Team und anderen Teams (Global Onboarding Team, Customer Onboarding, Import Team, Product Features Teams) und treibst Onboarding Effizienz und Zufriedenheit voran
- Bei Fragen zu Tools bist Du erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Teams; das Feedback vom Team nutzt Du, um die Einführung neuer globaler Projektmanagement Tools anzustoßen.
- Du unterstützt das Sales Excellence Team beim Monitoring der Deployment Performance und leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab.
- Du analysierst die Wirksamkeit von Initiativen. Dabei bewertest Du Auswirkungen auf die Kundenzufriedenheit und die Aktivierung neuer Features aus unserem Produkt

**Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst du Folgendes mit**:

- Du verfügst über mehr als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Sales Operations und/oder Knowledge Management
- Du bringst ein hohes Verständnis für Prozesse der Verkaufsabwicklung mit CRM-Tools mit
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und liebst Daten. Du verwendest leidenschaftlich gerne Daten um z.B. Bedarfsanalysen durchzuführen
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
