Notre client, avec plus de 40 ans d’expérience, compte parmis les leaders dans l'exportation de la gastronomie française en France et à l’international.


Votre rôle:

En collaboration étroite avec le responsable de l'équipe Retail pour l'Allemagne et l'Autriche, vous êtes chargé(e) de développer le volume et le chiffre d'affaire des marques et produits du groupe auprès de votre portefeuille de clients. Vous avez la responsabilité de la zone du Bade-Wurtemberg et de l'ouest de l'Autriche.


Vos missions:

  • Gérer et développer votre portefeuille de clients: appliquer la stratégie commerciale et le marketing de l'entreprise
  • Identification de potentiels; fixer les priorités; mettre en place les plans d'actions sur votre zone et en assurer le suivi ; réaliser des animations auprès de votre clientèle (crémiers, grossistes, grands comptes)
  • Construction de relations durables et qualitatives avec vos clients et prospects : identifier les interlocuteurs, maîtriser les circuits de décisions, être à l'écoute des besoins et des demandes des clients
  • Gérer la relation avec les clients : accords, moyens promotionnels
  • Assurer le reporting et la veille concurrentielle


Vous:

  • De formation commerciale, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative (3 à 5 ans) sur des fonctions de développement et de négociation commerciales idéalement acquise dans le domaine de l'agro-alimentaire
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'allemand
  • La connaissance des réseaux de distribution dans le domaine alimentaire en Allemagne est un plus
  • Vous faîtes preuve d'une réelle aisance relationnelle et êtes à l'écoute du client.
  • Organisé(e) et autonome, vous aimez le travail en équipe et êtes passionné(e) par la gastronomie
