The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. The engineer will work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain IT systems and support end users both remotely and on-site.Key Responsibilities:* Provide timely technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.* Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and security tools.* Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.* Collaborate with the infrastructure and application teams to escalate and resolve complex incidents.Required Skills & Qualifications:* 2–4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles in mid-to-large scale environments.* Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and ITIL-based support practices.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Job Summary – Minimum Skills Required:Intune knowledge – creating policies, managing/mapping assets, etc.M365 – monitoring and allocating software/hardware, licensing, etc.Defender security policiesJira Service ManagementOnboarding & offboarding formalities knowledgeDesktop-related issue resolutionNetwork and VPN supportPrinter support
