Director Market Access & Tender Management (m/w/d)




Ihre Aufgaben:



Tender Management:


  • Identifikation und Analyse relevanter Ausschreibungen auf nationaler Ebene.
  • Koordination der Erstellung und Einreichung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen.
  • Überwachung und Verwaltung laufender Ausschreibungen und Verträge.



Strategische Planung und Umsetzung:


  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Market-Access-Strategien für neue und bestehende Produkte.
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Marktzugangsbarrieren und Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Überwindung dieser Hindernisse.
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Preis- und Erstattungsstrategien.



Stakeholder-Management:


  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Schlüsselakteuren im Gesundheitswesen, einschließlich Kostenträgern, Gesundheitsbehörden und politischen Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Marketing, Recht und regulatorischen Angelegenheiten, um Market-Access-Initiativen voranzutreiben.


Analyse und Reporting:


  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Erstellung von Berichten zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Überwachung der Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten, um Chancen und Risiken zu identifizieren.
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an den Vorstand und andere relevante Stakeholder.




Qualifikationen:



  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Wirtschaft, Pharmazie, Gesundheitsökonomie).
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des nationalen und internationalen Gesundheitswesens und der regulatorischen Anforderungen.
  • Erfahrung im Tender Management und der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Interpretation von Marktanalysen und Berichten.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Anforderungen
